Its no longer considered random after spending time getting to know the person. FOR ME, there isn't necessarily a time limit put on how long I must know someone b4 engaging in sexual activities with them...but do consider a lot of factors b4 engaging. I can say that I'd have to know the individual for at least several months.
Can we meet? Under what circumstances? Lol. Not to fuck!!! I don't mind hanging out with friends, but I don't have fuck sessions if thats what you're referring to.
